BhandardaraStay operates as a hyper-local destination reservation concierge based directly in Bhandardara, Maharashtra. We connect independent travelers and trekking groups directly with verified village homestays, lakeside campsites, certified local mountain guides, and boat operators.

We do not inflate host rates or add surprise checkout fees. Rates displayed are agreed directly with on-ground operators.

2. Information Collection and Privacy

We collect only the minimum information necessary to secure your reservation: your name, contact phone number, group size, and planned dates. We do not sell or share your contact information with third-party advertisers. Your contact information is shared exclusively with your confirmed local host or guide for arrival coordination.

3. Rural & Wilderness Safety Guidelines

Guests are required to respect local village culture, quiet nighttime hours in rural residential zones, and forest sanctuary guidelines. In mountainous terrain (Sandhan Valley, Kalsubai, and AMK), safety instructions given by local certified guides must be strictly followed.
